This first step is the biggest, Chaz!!
When it comes to weight loss, you just have to get over your initial goal — which is to lose weight at all. After a few weeks, you’ll be begging to work out and to continue eating right!
Plus, we know a thing or two when it comes to making a public declaration of weight loss. Just ask the last few swimsuit shoots we’ve had! LOLz!
On a serious note, Chaz says he “wasn’t an overweight child,” even though he was still “put on diets all the time.” He now weight 250 pounds, and wants to lose 50 to 80!
Here’s what he said:
“There was a lot of pressure to be underweight growing up. I hope the pressure of doing something publicly will give me more incentive [to lose weight].”
He’ll be documenting it all!
