I├óΓé¼Γäóm in my 30s now, so I have to work harder to keep it ├óΓé¼╦£up.├óΓé¼Γäó I├óΓé¼Γäóm doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez. The [Vegas] performances won├óΓé¼Γäót be simple├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥they├óΓé¼Γäóll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.├óΓé¼┬¥
