Teresa Yuan, the woman who pleaded guilty to sending actress Marion Cotillard threats, was sentenced to a five-year probation by the New York federal court on May 17th. In addition to her probation, Teresa has been ordered to undergo mental-health treatment.
The cyber-stalker was taken into custody by the FBI in April 2011 after repeatedly sending emails and videos to Marion├óΓé¼Γäós fan website!
According to court records, one of Teresa├óΓé¼Γäós videos even propositioned Marion to a game of Russion Roulette:
├óΓé¼┼ôYou have only one out of six chances of being shot. You have five out of six chances of living.”
