former dj david herman arrested for sneding and attempting to have sex with a child

Dave Herman, who was a popular rock n’ roll disc jockey from 1972-1998, was arrested on October 24th after exchanging inappropriate messages and attempting to engage in sexual activities with a child.

We are going to warn you right now that the details are very disturbing.

Over the span of a year, the 77-year-old DJ sent messages to a woman named Kris, who he believed was the mother of a 7-year-old girl named Lexi. However, in reality she was actually working undercover with the police.

Over that time, Dave sent tons of disgusting messages asking whether Lexi was sexually active and even sent pictures of himself to the fictional child.

One particularly disturbing message allegedly reads:

“Age 6 is the perfect time to start her being loved that way. I find girls that age incredibly sexy, soft, and their innocence is also a huge turn on for me.”

Things got worse from there as he openly discussed wanting to engage in sexual activities with Lexi and even told Kris that he wanted to be the one to “break” her hymen.

Homeland Security Special Agent Mark Lubischer wrote a report on the exchanges and had even more shocking details on their messages:

“Herman promised he would not hurt ├óΓé¼╦£Lexi├óΓé¼Γäó though he might have to be ├óΓé¼╦£forceful├óΓé¼Γäó with her. Herman suggested that they could give ├óΓé¼╦£Lexi├óΓé¼Γäó some alcohol to relax her.”

Dave attempted to have both Kris and Lexi meet with him at his vacation home in the Virgin Islands and paid for a flight from LaGuardia Airport to the St. Croix airport, where he was immediately arrested by Homeland Security.

Although Lexi was not real, he was still charged “on the criminal count of attempting to transport a minor in interstate commerce with the intent she engage in sexual activity,” and faces 10 year to life in prison as well as a $25,000 i he is convicted.

He is scheduled to appear in court later today.
