Humanitarian award alert!
We recently got a chance to sit down with Sophia Bush, who talked to us EXCLUSIVELY about the charities that are close to her heart.
Being a talented actress and focusing on her new NBC show Chicago P.D., you would think she would have little time to do much else, but Sophia isn’t just your average Hollywood star!
The girl is passionate about the charities she’s involved in and has mastered the skill of being a full-time humanitarian.
She’s currently working hard with Pencils of Promise, an organization that builds schools in developing countries, and I Am That Girl, which is another lovely charity that helps support the initiative that girls should accept themselves for who they are – and as Sophia points out, encourages young women to “collaborate instead of compete with each other.”
And, if that’s not all, she’s also planning a VERY risky move that has her TV bosses super nervous – but it’s all in the name of charity! When does she find time to sleep??
Find out how this wonder woman juggles it all (hint: it has a lot to do with her thumbs!) AND what is making her NBC execs a little nervous by pressing PLAY (above)!
