Does this mean Kitty, Marley, Ryder, and Jake are all coming back?
Sounds like he’s sending off the hit show with a full cast!
Glee is in the process of starting production for their sixth and final season airing early 2015.
The final season may have been cut short, but the people behind the hit musical dramedy thinks that’s just enough time to introduce more characters into the mix!
Five, to be exact! Here are the descriptions of the new faces you’ll be seeing when the show airs:
RODERICK — Chubby and shy with a voice like Otis Redding, his looks don├óΓé¼Γäót match with his talent. Described as, “a true goober.” He├óΓé¼Γäós the show├óΓé¼Γäós new underdog.
SPENCER — He├óΓé¼Γäós the new resident “football stud” who just so happens to possess an incredible voice. He├óΓé¼Γäós also gay. But, per the casting notice, “he├óΓé¼Γäós post-Glee gay ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ no one messes with him about his sexuality because he will kick their asses if they do.”
JANE — Righteous, ambitious and unconventionally pretty, she├óΓé¼Γäós funny because she doesn├óΓé¼Γäót have much of a sense of humor. She wanted to be a Warbler but tradition kept her from joining so she jumps ship to the New Directions.
MASON AND MADISON — Male and female twin Cheerios. They├óΓé¼Γäóre super-positive and extremely weird. Mason gives off a gay vibe (spoiler alert: he├óΓé¼Γäós not).
Hm, maybe that’s what the Glee creator meant when he said the show was going back to its original roots!
In addition to all of the current cast members, adding five more major characters into the show would make…more cast members than we can count on our fingers!
We’re interested to see how this will all turn out and who the casting directors decide to cast in these roles!
