We bet Sarah Hyland is breathing a huge sigh of relief right about now.
We reported earlier how Sarah had requested for a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Matthew Prokop, after she claimed that he allegedly physically and verbally attacked her, in addition to allegedly threatening her and her dog.
Well, on September 19th she was given Domestic Violence Temporary Restraining Order against Matthew, but now a more permanent one has been doled out.
That’s right, a judge has granted Sarah’s request for protection from Matthew, and has issued a permanent restraining order that requires Matthew to stay 100 yards away from Sarah and her house at all times, and to not go near her job or place of work.
In addition, Matthew cannot own or possess a gun or ammunition, and not only must Matthew stay 100 yards away from Sarah’s dog, Barkley Bixby, he also must not attack, threaten or harm the canine in any way.
This order is in force for three years.
