Sam Lutfi Defends His Relationship To Amanda Bynes! Read What He Wrote HERE!

no title

It seems like he cares about her!

But we’re not sure that’s exactly a good thing!

The notorious ex-manager of Britney SpearsSam Lutfi – admits himself that the media mostly calls him words like “shady” and “svengali” but the most desperate man in Hollywood has written a new post to defend himself!

And his very public relationship with Amanda Bynes!!!

Sam has been one of the people who wedged himself into Amanda’s life and was a big part of luring the actress back to California to get mental health help, but despite his good intentions – many are VERY wary of his strange inkling to be linked to the stars!

Well, Sam has written a piece to defend himself – with the prodding of one of his clients Courtney Love – and it’s kind of strange!

Here’s part of what he wrote:

“I’ve worked in Hollywood for a long time, and over the years, these experiences have led me to see what happens when too much fame and too much money can sometimes get the best of celebrities. I am a problem solver, and I care about helping people get out of what may seem like some of their more difficult places in life. Which is why you have seen me associated with some of the more famous celebrities when they are in their most trying hours ├óΓé¼┬ª”

And although it did NOT seem Amanda Bynes was thrilled with Sam last time we talked to her — he believes she’s getting the help she needs!

Here’s what he wrote:

“All I can tell you is that Amanda is getting the help that she needs and that I am working closely with her and her family in order to ensure that we can move on from the tabloid sensationalism of her ├óΓé¼╦£breakdown’ and instead concentrate on what a rare, talented young woman she has always been and continues to be.”

We’re curious if we’re the only ones not trusting Sam’s word that he’s only in this for Amanda Bynes and his concern for her.

He’s not exactly staying behind the scenes throughout this thing! Something that definitely raises our suspicions!

“If you read anything in the media right now I’m described one of two ways: “shady” or “Svengali.”

Putting aside the racist and anti-Semitic problems of those two words, there is also one other huge issue with them: They are absolutely dead wrong.

I’ve worked in Hollywood for a long time, and over the years these experiences have led me to see what happens when too much fame and too much money can sometimes get the best of celebrities. I am a problem solver, and I care about helping people get out of what may seem like some of their more difficult places in life. Which is why you have seen me associated with some of the more famous celebrities when they are in their most trying hours:Britney Spears, Courtney Love and now Amanda Bynes.

Also intertwined with all of these women is a lot of media scrutiny and much wrangling over money, control and influence. So it makes sense that my name has been dragged through the mud more times than I can count. People fight dirty in Hollywood. They do what they need to do to come out on top and to claim the seat next to the most powerful.

This has never been my M.O. I am a person who loves a good comeback story. I consider myself somewhat of a comeback, and I am also not afraid to get dirty in the process. If I need to be slandered in order to help other people get better — or to help their reputations get better — I have absolutely no problem with that.

It’s never been about me. It’s been about them.

Courtney asked me to write this in order to help stop some of the misinformation campaigns that have been nonstop over the last few weeks as Bynes has been more in the spotlight than ever. All I can tell you is that Amanda is getting the help that she needs and that I am working closely with her and her family in order to ensure that we can move on from the tabloid sensationalism of her “breakdown” and instead concentrate on what a rare, talented young woman she has always been and continues to be.

Call me whatever name you need to but please, leave these women alone.”
