7th Heaven Dad Stephen Collins Complains About Money Problems, Says He Can’t Find Work After Molestation Confession

no title

Stephen Collins has not been having a good month.

Ever since the audio recording of his confession to ex-wife Faye Grant that he had exposed himself to underage girls and molested at least one became public, things have gotten tough.

Not only have 7th Heaven reruns stopped playing pretty much across the entire TV dial, but he’s also (not surprisingly) finding it difficult to find another acting job!

Collins’ lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan says the financial hardships are even worse than that. He explains:

“Faye’s decision to parade that recording… has resulted in Stephen having no income other than investment income and pension income…

Stephen suffers greatly from the pillaring (sic) by the media surrounding Faye’s unlawful recording.”

Not able to get your tear ducts welling? We’re not surprised.

Funny how no one took into account the suffering of the man who admitted to child molestation.

But it’s not really fair to blame whoever leaked the tape, or even recorded it. He’s the one that committed the crime!

It is interesting; he’s complaining about the same thing that everyone else is– that he can’t get arrested in this town.
