Ferguson Protestors In Minnesota Mowed Down In Violent Vehicle Incident

no title

This is out of control.

A woman who was protesting the recent decision down in Ferguson, Mississippi sustained minor injuries in Minneapolis, Minnesota after a vehicle plowed through her and other folks protesting.

The demonstrators were there this past Tuesday to protest the grand jury’s decision not to charge Officer Darren Wilson for the shooting of unarmed teenager Michael Brown when a vehicle attempted to drive through the crowd!

The driver later told police he was “attempting to flee from the mob.”

The incident happened around 4:30 p.m when the driver drove right into the middle of a rallying crowd.

Protestors apparently then began to attack the vehicle.

Here’s what a report from the Minneapolis police read:

“The victim’s vehicle was damaged by a large group of people. While he was attempting to flee from the mob, he struck a pedestrian.”

Sounds like he won’t be facing any charges although the video is SUPER scary!

The woman who was injured was dragged by her leg after it was caught under the vehicle’s tire as the driver attempted to plow through everyone to get away.

Three other people were on the hood of the car as it tried to surge ahead, but it’s not believed anyone else was injured.

Luckily her injuries are minor, and she’s expected to make a complete recovery.

Like we said: it’s too early to tell if the driver will be charged in this matter, but from the reports that the police have released so far — it seems like they’re not saying he did anything wrong.
