Bill Cosby’s Team Is Scrambling To Find Evidence Against Latest Accuser Whose Claims May Fall Within The Statute Of Limitations

Bill Cosby‘s team isn’t taking any chances on this next accuser!

Last month, we reported on a 24-year-old woman named Chloe Goins, who claimed the comedian sexually assaulted her at a Playboy Mansion party in 2008. She was 18 at the time of the alleged attack.

On Wednesday, Ms. Goins talked to the LAPD to give details on the alleged assault that evening — a formal police report, if you will.

The thing is, Chloe’s case could possibly go through because it may fall within the six-year statute of limitations for sexual assault in the state of California! Out of all the women to come forward so far, this is the first instance within the time constraints.

Chloe’s attorney said she’s the only accuser who:

“Could be within the statute of limitations to levy criminal and civil charges against the actor.”

Which is exactly why Bill’s team is starting to be proactive.

According to sources inside the mansion, the actor’s team is calling Hugh Hefner for any evidence that can disprove Chloe’s accusations.

The sources continued to reveal that Bill’s people asked if Hef’s security team had any surveillance footage from the night of the party — and if they could provide names of possible employees or guests who may remember seeing Bill and Chloe together.

But that’s not all they’re said to be requesting!

Insiders also admit that Cosby’s attorneys are asking Hef if he knows of any other Playboy models who plan on coming forward with similar accusations.

Sounds like they’re really trying to shut down this and any possible cases that may arise in the future.
