Was Bruce Jenner Texting When The Fatal Car Crash Occurred?! Cops Get A Warrant For Cell Phone Records

no title

Yesterday, Bruce Jenner was involved in a car accident in Malibu that left the driver of the car that was hit dead.

The reality TV star claims the paparazzi were giving chase down Pacific Coast Highway, but police are now interested in finding out if Bruce was actually texting when the accident occurred.

No cell phone records were checked at the scene of the accident, because police said they were more concerned with Bruce’s sobriety at the time. The former Olympian voluntarily took a field sobriety test and passed, and the sheriffs even took Bruce in for a voluntary blood alcohol test.

So, now the big question is was Bruce texting at the time of the accident???

A picture prior to the collision shows Bruce holding something, but it’s not clear if it’s a phone or not. The police are getting warrants for the cell phone and cell phone records so they can determine what the real story is. Since texting and driving is illegal in California, Bruce could face vehicular manslaughter charges if they can prove texting was occurring at the time of impact, which will be difficult to do.

Also, a fourth car is revealed to have been involved. It’s a Prius that the white Lexus hit before going into oncoming traffic. Though, the police are calling that driver’s story “vague.”

We’re sure more details will be revealed today.
