The Walking Dead Creator’s Comic About Demonic Possession Is Becoming A Full Series On Cinemax! Starring The Main Kid From Almost Famous!!

no title

When it comes to good TV, we’d trust The Walking Dead‘s creator Robert Kirkman.

He wrote the comic book that eventually became the hit AMC zombie show!

Now, his latest comic is going to also be adapted to TV!! It’s called Outcast and it’s been picked up as a series on Cinemax.

The show follows an average guy who’s had to deal with demonic possessions all his life. As an adult, he now quests to find answers! And probably has to fight demons. Which sounds awesome.

Cinemax has reportedly ordered 10-episodes, with no announced premiere date yet.

The craziest part about all of this is the lead character Kyle Barnes is set to be played by Patrick Fugit!

Does that name sound familiar? He was the main character in Almost Famous! He was the kid trying to write for Rolling Stone. So crazy!!

Robert Kirkman himself wrote the pilot script of the series, so we’re extra pumped to see it now!

Are U Walking Dead fans excited for Outcast?? Let us know in the comments below!!
