Eva Mendes pre-pregnancy body looks almost identical to her post-baby body, and the proof can be seen on the cover of Women’s Health magazine!

So, how is The Place Behind The Pines actress keeping her taut physique after giving birth to her baby girl Esmerelda?

Apparently, she lifts weights to keep in shape:

“[N]othing too heavy, because my muscle bulks up pretty easily. I mix it up with yoga, or sometimes I’ll hike with my trainer.”

If you asked Eva, “do you even lift bro?” the answer is yes. Yes, she even lifts, bro.

On top of that, Eva also dished that she keeps up with running and does interval sprints:

“I don’t love it, but I’ve made peace with that.”

And what about her diet?

“I haven’t eaten meat in about six years, because I don’t agree with factory farming here. This is just what worked for me, it’s important to say, but when I cut that out I immediately felt better. And also, after a year of eliminating it, my skin looked brighter and healthier overall.”

You absolutely glow, Eva!

The star also spilled on how parenthood is treating her so far:

“I’m actually enjoying the sleepless nights because it’s bonding with my little girl.”
