In a new lawsuit, the America’s Got Talent host claims his ex wife and her business manager Michael Kane sold their Bel-Air mansion for $9 million├óΓé¼┬ª
Without him even knowing about it!
The former Nickelodeon star asserts that Kane purposely failed to inform him about the negotiations of the sale.
The lavish, 11,750 sq. ft. spread — which contains a whopping seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms — was sold for four million less than its original asking price of $12.995 million.
However, the major money loss is not what Cannon is concerned about.
The comedian wants to freeze up the funds until he knows how the money will be allocated. Basically, he wants to know how much dough he’s going to get!
Kane has responded to the lawsuit and claims it’s “frivolous” and that it’s:
“Clearly a desperate act from a sadly desperate man.”
Ouch! Harsh words, dude!
As we reported, the television personality and the legendary singer filed for divorce in January.
All is fair in love and war… and real estate.
