no title

Remember Friday? Your favorite movie ever?? It’s coming back for ONE NIGHT ONLY!!

The classic movie Friday came out 20 years ago, in 1995, which is nuts. We can’t believe Friday is that old already!

In honor of this incredible film’s anniversary, they’re re-releasing it in almost 400 theaters on April 20th!!

Yup, Friday is heading back to theaters on 4/20! LOLz!

Ice Cube, the film’s star and writer, said:

“For the theaters, for New Line [Cinema], for the fans to want to pay homage to the movie in this way is cool. It lets you know how much people appreciate it and how much fun it is├óΓé¼┬ª and it lets you know that Friday is now a part of the American fabric.”

On top of the film returning to theaters, the Friday soundtrack is getting a vinyl reissue! The album went double platinum back in the day, after spending two weeks as the #1 album in the U.S.!!

Also, we’ll get to see the Director’s Cut (which was never seen in theaters) plus a special featurette called Friday Straight Up!

The featurette will have interviews from the cast and crew, giving a behind-the-scenes look at the classic movie. You can buy your tickets HERE!
