Artistic filmmaker James Franco is always always up to something new!
One of the many commendable efforts of the actor is his teaching fellow filmmakers his craft. The Interview star has led UCLA graduate students in producing a feature film called The Heyday of the Insensitive Bastards.
The film is based on a collection of vignettes and was completed by eight teams of students who were part of Franco’s first “Adaptation and Collaboration” class at UCLA back in 2012.
The film features seven short stories through different perspectives of gender and age. The vignettes are both dramas and comedies, and star Franco, Natalie Portman, Kristen Wiig, Matthew Modine, Kate Mara and Jimmy Kimmel!
Wow, what a star-studded cast!
In the featured clip, the 36-year-old-actor stars in the short A Walk in Winter with Jack Kehler, about a man coming back to his hometown to identify the remains of his mother.
We hope the feature will receive positive reviews when it p at the Atlanta Film Festival!!
