Jenelle Evans is working HARD to shed her baby weight!

On March 26, the Teen Mom 2 star took to Twitter to share her weight loss journey following the birth of her second son, Kaiser.

The reality star tweeted:

Wow, good for Evans! It sounds like the momma is really working hard!

So, how did Jenelle pull the feat off?

The South Carolina native told a curious fan:

“I don’t drink protein shakes├óΓé¼┬ªlow carb diet, only water to drink, chicken/steak, veggies, cardio and home workouts.”

Sounds like a smart fitness plan!

We’re just curious at how the momma of two managed to maintain such a rigorous fitness regime in light of the drama with her husband to be, Nathan Griffith. The two have had quite the contentious relationship lately!

Regardless, we commend the reality star for getting healthy!
