Giant Florida Alligator Returns To Golf Stomping Grounds But The Gator Wasn’t Alone!

no title

This is one alligator we wouldn’t want to see later!

The Myakka Pines Golf Club in Englewood, Florida sometimes has a 13-ft reptile visitor every now and then, and this past Thursday the alligator named Goliath made a return to its stomping fair grounds.

But the alligator wasn’t alone.

Goliath was spotted snacking on a really big turtle and the alligator did it in front of all the golfers on the course with no shame!

Here’s what the Myakka Pines Golf Club wrote on their Facebook page:

“Lots of people are asking what alligators eat…here is Goliath having a turtle for breakfast.(Sorta nasty to see but it’s the reality of wild animals).”

We definitely feel bad for the turtle, but it’s still kind of amazing to see a gator that big chilling on a golf course.

And we’re sure it was really something to see for anyone hitting the ol’ golf ball around on that day, as well!!

If you don’t mind seeing a turtle being eaten then check out a couple more photos of the alligator up (above) !!
