In fact, Morgan Spurlock revealed that he thought the 22-year-old struggled the most with the fame and attention that came with being in an internationally famous band!
During a recent live chat, the Super Size Me director, who spent a great deal of time with the boyband when he was working on their documentary, opened up about his initial thoughts on the news.
Morgan candidly said about Zaynie’s abrupt leave:
“He always struggled with being on the road. He’s a homebody. He wanted nothing more than to sit in his house and spray paint and draw and do art, and I think this explosion that happened to him — which was something none of them ever predicted — but I think he was the one who struggled with it the most. And being away, being on the road, being away from his girlfriend I think finally just got to him, and I think he said, ‘I’m done.'”
The 44-year-old obviously didn’t hear about Zaynster’s solo demo, but once he did, he was very surprised.
Guess he didn’t know the ex-boybander as much as he thought! Watch the interview (below)!
