It looks like Bruce Jenner isn’t off the hook.
On Thursday, it was reported that the stepchildren of Kim Howe, the 65-year-old woman who died in the tragic February 7 car crash, plan to sue Bruce for their stepmom’s wrongful death.
While sources close to Kim say the stepchildren had “virtually no relationship” with her, under California law they have the right to pursue legal action against Jenner, even though authorities never charged the Olympian with any crime related to the crash.
Essentially, if Bruiser loses the suit, the reality TV star won’t face jail time but he’ll most likely end up paying A LOT of money.
At this time, the wrongful death suit has yet to be filed but insiders close to the situation say the stepchildren are scraping together photos of themselves with Howe to prove that they had a substantial relationship.
So, do YOU think Bruce should be charged with a wrongful death suit?
