A brother is always there to lend his hand!
Ever since Paul Walker‘s tragic passing in 2013, his brothers Cody and Caleb had to step up to the plate and shoot the remaining scenes of Furious 7 as the actor’s body doubles.
Although the task was daunting, Cody — who attended the premiere on Wednesday at the TCL Chinese Theatre — was glad to complete the movie that meant so much to his big brother.
The 26-year-old said:
“I’m happy it’s over. It’s bittersweet├óΓé¼┬ª It was something that so many people put their heart and soul into and now everyone can see it. It was a good way to close the chapter.”
However, how does he feel about the flick now that it’s finished and hitting theaters today?
“I loved it!… It’s a Fast movie ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ that’s what people want to see! They had to out-do the sixth movie.”
After the premiere, the California natives hit up the after party at The Roosevelt Hotel where insiders say they were all smiles, and mingled with film’s crew!
The source said:
“Both brothers looked really happy.”
We’re so glad Cody liked the final product and that the memory of Paul will always be preserved.
