And the saga of Teresa Giudice‘s house continues!
As we reported, last September, the Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s star mansion was up for sale at the hefty price of $3.99 million. Fast forward to January, the Montville palace’s price was greatly reduced to $2.99 million because of the lack of offers.
After the 42-year-old went to prison for fraud, the reality TV star and her husband Joe Giudice decided to put their real estate plans on hold.
Well now, it’s back on the market!
For anyone looking for a new place to live, Tre’s crib is 10,000 sq. ft. on 3.7 acres of land, and features four bedrooms, three walk-in closets, a jacuzzi tub, and a gas fireplace.
Built in 1970, the Skinny Italian author bought the pad in 2002 for $530,000.
Hopefully all of this housing talk will take the Giudices’ mind off of their many problems.
As we wrote earlier this month, Juicy Joe told US Weekly that he finds himself crying more than his daughters over his wife’s stint in prison!
We hope that once they sell their house and settle all of their legal issues, the Giudice family will have a much needed fresh start!
