Ever since Bobbi Kristina Brown slipped into a coma late January, her friends and family have been by her side, praying for her recovery.

However, there is one person who has yet to see the reality TV star.

And that person is her boyfriend Nick Gordon.

Since finding the 22-year-old unresponsive in her bathtub, the 25-year-old has been the subject of animosity from both the Brown and Houston families.

However, Whitney Houston‘s adopted son is determined to be by his girlfriend’s side.

On Monday, Gordon’s attorneys — Randall M. Kessler and Joe S. Habachy — released a statement that details Nick’s desire to visit Bobbi in the hospital.

According to the document:

“Despite his strong desire to see Bobbi Kristina, Nick has respected the families’ wishes for over three months and has refrained from visiting or from pursuing access to her through the courts├óΓé¼┬ª He has asked through counsel many times privately and now asks both the Browns and the Houstons, please let him see her.”

Even with this plea, counsel from the Brown family reports that Gordon had permission to visit Bobby Brown‘s daughter long ago.

Lawyer Christopher Brown said:

“Mr. Gordon was offered an opportunity to potentially visit Bobbi Kristina but…declined to meet the terms of any possible visit├óΓé¼┬ª Obviously Mr. Gordon is not as desperate to visit Bobbi Kristina as he wants the world to believe.”

In response, Gordon’s counsel said they had “advised him not to meet” the family’s conditions, adding:

“But in an effort to do all he can to visit, Nick has repeatedly offered to meet with Mr. Brown privately to discuss his request in person, rather than through lawyers├óΓé¼┬ª Those offers have also been rejected.”

Nick is currently out of rehab which he entered due to drug and alcohol abuse.

We continue to hope for Bobbi’s recovery, and we wish all parties can settle their differences peacefully.
