His Airline Overbooked His Flight, So This Passenger Did WHAT In Retaliation?!

A Charlotte man stripped naked after his flight to Jamaica was overbooked!

Crazy news out of the Deep South, y’all!

A Charlotte-area traveler heading to Jamaica for what was apparently a much-needed vacation got stuck in a dreaded overbooking situation thanks to US Airways.

For most of us, that means we’ll grumble and complain about it for a little bit, right?! Not for this guy!

After arguing with an attendant at the gate, this unnamed man stripped completely naked and stood around yelling in the airport for AN HOUR!!!

Sherry Ketchie, another passenger at the airport, spoke to news station WBTV:

“I seen some people running and I was wondering what they was running from and people were standing there snickering, so I walked over and [an airport employee] told me the man was angry over the Jamaican flight. He had his clothes on, at that point, and then he started standing there with his arms crossed and hollering at the lady at the desk. He stood there for a moment and then started taking off his clothes. I ain’t never seen nothing [like that] in my life.”

“More people started getting back because that’s when security started surrounding him, waiting for Charlotte-Mecklenburg police to come in. I was not expecting to see nothing like that, I’ve never seen nothing like that at Charlotte Douglas airport. Never. And that’s when I got out my phone and started taking pictures.”

The police did eventually make their way to this brother in the buff and hauled him away (still unclothed!), but at last report his condition was deemed medical and not criminal, and it doesn’t appear he was charged with anything.

Considering the guy stripped naked at the airport over an overbooked flight, maybe that’s a good thing.

What’s the craziest behavior you’ve seen at an airport?!
