Things are turning an odd corner in the Josh Duggar molestation case.
Years after the initial police report was taken, the documents related to the lawsuit against the 19 Kids and Counting star will now cease to exist.
Apparently one of his alleged victims asked a judge to protect her identity in the case, and now the police are about to destroy all of the papers associated with the event.
Um, what the what??
The reported victim, who is referred to as “Jane Doe” in the documents, was scared a copy of the police report that still had her name in it would somehow get into the hands of the public.
She argued in a courtroom that the law needed to obliterate the report, and the judge agreed, approving the order to destroy the docs on Thursday afternoon.
