Scary stuff!!!

A Texas police officer has been suspended after video capturing him violently throwing a 14-year-old girl to the ground became viral.

On Friday evening, a dozen officers from the McKinney Police Department were called to a pool party after receiving a disturbance call and reports of fighting.

According to Police Chief Greg Conley, the officers encountered and non-compliant crowd of teens.

Some of the officers questioned the teens verbally, but Officer Eric Casebolt was recorded wrestling one girl to the ground, repeatedly pushing her down, and then brandishing his gun at two teens who appeared to try to help the girl get up.

In an email to NBC News, Brandon Brooks, who filmed the widely circulated video, described the scary scene:

“When I started the video was right after all the kids who got put on the ground had gotten up and ran away. The cop was chasing after all those kids just putting every black person he saw on the ground.”

The 14-year-old was released to her parents, and an adult was also arrested at the scene.

Officer Casebolt was put on administrative leave and interview by internal affairs on Monday. The NAACP also says they are also investigating the incident. Chief Conley added that the department will cooperate fully.
