This is so sweet.

Obviously Caitlyn Jenner is very happy with all of the results from her plastic surgeries, but she’s very satisfied with one in particular: the facial feminization procedure done by Dr. Harrison Lee.

So much so, the 65-year-old personally thanked her plastic surgeon with a signed copy of her Vanity Fair issue.

The parental figure to 10 wrote on the copy:

“To Harrison, Great Job Thank you so much Caitlyn Jenner”

So sweet!

Even Dr. Lee’s assistant went on to praise her boss’ work on Caitlyn by sharing the sweet snap (above) on Instagram and writing:

“So impressed by my boss Dr Harrison Lee’s phenomenal work and being part of Caitlyn’s transformation.

Impressed, indeed!

In a separate interview, the plastic surgeon tried to not toot his own horn, but spoke about the aftermath of the surgery and said:

“I don’t want to show off, but I think she’s ecstatic with the results. She healed remarkably fast. Maybe because she’s an Olympic athlete… I mean, at 65, she is in remarkable health.”

Dr. Lee also went on to explain what he did during the procedure, saying:

“Men tend to have a prominent brow bone, [so you] do a little bit of a brow lift, just to soften the image. We go inside the mouth and actually take off the outer portion of the bone and soften it.”

However, Lee wasn’t the only one who has helped Caitlyn out during her transition. Dr. Gary Atler is one of the doctors who’s done work on the former Olympian as well, including her breast augmentation.

Dr. Atler explained the post-surgical freakout Caitlyn had when the procedure was over and done with.

He basically said it’s pretty common for someone to have a panic attack after a major surgery:

“It’s difficult to suddenly get the realization, I guess, that you’re getting fulfillment of what you’ve always wanted to have done. You know, long surgery, a lot of changes├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥so there was a little bit of a panic attack. But it could happen to anybody. It can happen to the housewife that gets a facelift, it can happen to a young girl who gets a breast implant. It’s not because she had facial feminization or body surgery, it’s just because this was a major change.”

It was certainly a major change!

We’re so glad there weren’t any surgical complications during her procedure! Looking good, girl!
