More reports are surfacing about former NAACP Chapter President Rachel Dolezal after it came to light that she was pretending to be African American for over a decade!

A former Eastern Washington University student revealed that the 37-year-old would not let her participate in a class exercise that centered around race — because she thought the student “didn’t look hispanic enough!”

The student, who wished to remain anonymous, detailed that she identifies as Hispanic, as she grew up in a Spanish-speaking country and speaks the language fluently.

But because she had light skin, Dolezal wouldn’t let her participate in the exercise where students were to ask one another about their racial and cultural experiences. She explained:

“Rachel said I didn’t look Hispanic. [She] doubted that I could share experiences of racial or ethnic discrimination because I didn’t have the appearance of looking Hispanic.”

Oh, the irony! The former student was inspired to come forward in light of her past educator’s recent media outbreak. She continued:

“I didn’t think much of it at the time, but now I wish I had said something. Especially now that her race is the one people are questioning.”

Things aren’t looking great for Dolezal now. On Monday, she formally resigned as the Spokane, Washington chapter president of the NAACP.
