Get well soon, honey!
Meghan Trainor is canceling two tour dates on her MTrain tour after being diagnosed with a vocal chord hemorrhage!
The All About That Bass singer took to Instagram to share the bad news, posting a video with text on her phone explaining what was going on, while promising to make it up to her fans.
Here’s the video confirming her absence from two tour dates (below):
├░┼╕╦£┬¡├░┼╕╦£┬¡├░┼╕╦£┬¡ I’m in New York now seeing another doctor. So frustrated but cant make any noise. At least I got my brother @ryan.trainor to make me smile. And my fans supporting me├░┼╕ΓÇÖΓÇóthank you for your kind words #loveyoumegatronz “We are going to see another doctor in New York” “I want to cry but I can’t cuz it will hurt more” “I hate everything right now” “Ryan you have a booger in your nose” “I’m sorry Megatronz I will make it up to you I promise”A video posted by Meghan Trainor (@meghan_trainor) on Jul 2, 2015 at 6:04pm PDT
Trainor, who will be missing the first two shows of her tour with the vocal chord ailment, added more information aside from her Instagram post:
“I don’t want anyone worrying but I have had a hemorrhage on my vocal chords. Right now the doctors want me on complete vocal rest until they are healed so I have to postpone my first two shows in Atlantic City and Connecticut. I promise that I will make it up to my Megatronz.
I have never missed a tour date before so this is killing me. I love you all very much and want to get healed quickly so I can show you this amazing tour we’ve been working on. I am truly sorry to everyone who has bought tickets and made travel plans. I hate this.”
Get well soon, girl! Rest that voice — we want to see U back out on the road performing!
