This is a dream come true!
We’re only a few weeks away now from the Fear the Walking Dead premiere and we couldn’t be more excited!
Even though both Fear and its predecessor, The Walking Dead, are set in the same universe, they’re set at different times and are unlikely to have a crossover. The executive producer of the show, Dave Erickson, has even addressed the crossover idea by saying:
“Never say never, but there are no plans right now. The geography is an obstacle, and frankly somewhere down the road it will become an even greater obstacle.”
Well that may be true, but that won’t stop the stars of the show from having a little get together of their own!
The Walking Dead stars — Andrew Lincoln, Danai Gurira, Emily Kinney, Norman Reedus, and Steven Yeun — got together with the new guys and gals on the block of Fear the Walking Dead, Cliff Curtis, Alycia Debnam-Carey, Kim Dickens, Lorenzo James Henrie and Mercedes Mason — and posted a pic to Twitter of their magic moment:
Though we may never see them together at the same time on TV, we’re just happy to see them all getting along, and a little cleaned up! LOLz!
Make sure you check out the premiere of Fear the Walking Dead at 9 p.m. on AMC — and don’t worry about its future, as the spinoff show’s already been renewed for a second season!
