Things aren’t looking good for Tyga.
On Monday, it was reported that Kylie Jenner‘s close friend was being sued for club hopping in Las Vegas. Huh?!
Apparently, the Rack City rapper signed a contract with Z Entertainment to perform at Body English for $25,000 last summer — where one of the stipulations was that he could not perform anywhere else in Sin City a week before the concert and a month after. Makes sense!
Radius clauses are often found in performance contracts. However, it appears Blac Chyna‘s ex was caught hopping up onstage at another Vegas venue the night before his contracted gig. Whomp, whomp.
To make matters worse, the promoter is also claiming that the up-and-comer also screwed them over when he didn’t show for another gig in Santa Monica, California last November. Yikes!
It’s said the promoter is seeking $100,000 in damages from Tyga. We doubt that the California native will want to fork over that chunk of change. This legal drama might not be as easy to settle as his recent tiff with his landlord.
It’ll certainly be inneresting to see how this all plays out. Good luck, Tyga!
