We hope he gets what’s coming to him!

About a week and a half ago, Daniel Lennox-Choate and his husband Larry Lennox-Choate III were attacked by a man who started to yell anti-gay slurs and then hit Daniel in the face!

What he didn’t know was the couple had both attended West Point Military Academy and were actually the first two gay men to be married at the U.S. Military Academy’s Cadet Chapel.

So Larry — being well-trained and quick on his feet — came to his hubby’s defense and beat the attacker to the ground. Unfortunately though, he got away!

Well great news everyone! Police now say that a man has been arrested in connection with the hate-fueled attack on the couple!

Thomas Clabough was arrested on Wednesday and charged with both assault and attempted assault as a hate crime in the attack outside a Manhattan bodega!

There was no immediate comment and the attorney information for Clabough wasn’t available at the time of the arrest.

The couple has been married since 2013 and we hope that this news finds them well and they can rest easy knowing that justice will soon be served to this scumbag!
