My how the mighty have fallen!
It appears that Subway isn’t the only place cutting ties with Jared Fogle after his recent child pornography and sex with minors scandal.
On Thursday, it was reported that following the reveal of the former pitchman’s plea deal, his alma mater, North Central High School, removed his photo from their wall of fame.
We’re not shocked at all by this move since a high school can’t really celebrate a public sex offender.
The weight loss advocate was added to the school’s wall of fame during a ceremony back in May 2007. The honored spot includes 102 other notable graduates.
A spokesperson for the school shared:
“In response to news today, The Advancement Center for Washington Township Schools and North Central Alumni will remove Jared Fogle from the North Central High School Wall of Fame, effective August 19, 2015.”
Ouch! We guess you can’t always go home.
We really doubt there is a way for Jared to come back from such heinous, criminal behavior ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ and to be honest, we don’t want him to.
Our thoughts are with Fogle’s victims.
