Rob Thomas‘ wife Marisol Maldonado recently underwent brain surgery, but the Matchbox Twenty frontman says she’s doing well after the procedure:
“She’s good. She’s at home recovering, so we’re hoping for the best.”
Last Friday, the singer’s spouse had an operation to remove a lesion from the base of her brain. Yikes!
We’re so relieved that everything seemed to go off without a hitch, and Rob remains cautiously optimistic about his wife’s condition, explaining:

Rob reveals that since his main squeeze seems to be healing up nicely, he’ll be getting back to the grind:
“I’m just on the road. I’m literally just gonna be on the road from now. I have my whole life planned out from now to the middle of next February. So we’ll see how that goes.”
We’re really glad that Marisol is doing well and we wish her a speedy recovery!
