Did he just say what we thought he just said?!
On Friday, Waka Flocka Flame appeared on radio show The Breakfast Club where he talked to host Charlamagne Tha God about using his celebrity status to better society.
Well apparently, the rapper feels the world could do WITHOUT the transgender community!
Specifically, the 29-year-old believes our culture is straying from its traditional roots!
The No Hands artist exclaimed:
“You know what the world is today? Women are afraid to be a wife. Young males are afraid to be men. It’s not cool. They’re not marketing that. They’re not marketing young families and husbands and wives anymore. They’re marketing young girls and transgenders. They’re marketing evil.”
Evil?! What a horrible thing to say!
When the panel brought up Caitlyn Jenner, the New York-native not only referred to her as “Bruce Jenner”, he also said the famed athlete’s transition was a work of the devil!
“I ain’t saying anything against Bruce Jenner. You are who you are: What God made you. Not who you became after he did├óΓé¼┬ª That’s how I feel. You’re rebuking God. God ain’t put them feelings in you. That’s the devil playing tricks on your mind.”
We completely disagree with Waka’s statements, and we feel it’s irresponsible for him to promote such intolerance!
To hear what he had to say, ch-ch-check out the clip (below) around the nine minute mark!
