This is actually a pretty solid apology!

How could anyone forget about Luke Gatti, the now-infamous University of Connecticut student who rocketed to viral fame after drunkenly demanding bacon jalape├â┬▒o macaroni and cheese from the school’s cafeteria?!

Well, he’s baa-aaack! Luke has released an apology video atoning for his mistakes at UCONN that day, and it’s actually pretty well-spoken and heartfelt.

In the video — where the college student makes amends with the cafeteria food staff and manager, as well as his own family and friends who he feels he has disappointed — Gatti mentions in passing about addressing his problems and getting help that he needs.

He doesn’t go into what that is, but whatever the case may be, here’s to him coming out of this a much better person than he had been before.

Check out the emotional apology (below):

Food pantries, y’all. That’s just good advice!

Let’s hope Luke figures everything out and, you know, doesn’t go looking for special mac and cheese any more.
