It’s impossible to enjoy eating a pomegranate when the end result is this. #cleaningupforyourcleaningladyA photo posted by Chelsea Handler (@chelseahandler) on Oct 15, 2015 at 7:56am PDT
The caption has since been edited as the initial hashtag read, #miscarriage is now missing from the photo. Oof!
The quip was poorly timed as October 15 was officially Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day. Talk about a total face palm moment!

Ouch. Still, it seems the 40-year-old has no regrets over the pic.
The TV personality’s since clarified her social media snafu and shared a follow up message on IG (below)!
There’s a thing called national miscarriage day????? I am just reading about myself online. I did not remove a hashtag. My asst does that when I do something bad. Me having a pomegranate and infant loss are not directly related. Jesus. Love, chunkA photo posted by Chelsea Handler (@chelseahandler) on Oct 15, 2015 at 6:20pm PDT
HA! If you were hoping for an apology from the blonde beauty — you are sh*t out of luck.
We’re not entirely shocked by Miz Handler’s attitude towards the outrage, since she’s never been one to stray away from controversy on the web. LOVES it!
What did U think of Chelsea’s photo?! Do U agree with the comedienne??
