It’s been a whirlwind of a year for Buffy the Vampire Slayer alum Nicholas Brendon.

After being arrested four times in one year, the 44-year-old announced on Facebook that he will once again be seeking professional help:

“Hello to all my amazingly supportive fans. I’m going to be going into a 90 day treatment program to fix myself and to understand the traumas of my mind. I love and appreciate you all so much. I of course will post before I go into treatment. Again thank you for having my back. Life is worth living so let’s f*cking live it!!”

This is great news and we hope that the troubled actor will get the therapy he needs to recover!
