This is so sad.
Travis Barker has been through quite a bit in his life and is opening up about some of the darker moments ahead of the release of his upcoming memoir Can I Say: Living Large, Cheating Death, And Drums, Drums, Drums.
In an interview that came out last week, the 39-year-old talked extensively about his drug addiction as well as the plane crash he was in.
Well the drummer isn’t done sharing his feelings as he recently sat down with Chris Connelly on GMA to talk about life after the crash.
What he revealed was shocking.
Apparently the Blink-182 star was so plagued with thoughts of suicide that he offered to pay friends $1 million to kill him. He explained:
“I would call friends of mine and go, ├óΓé¼╦£You know, I’ll deposit a million dollars into whoever’s bank account. Like, I’m done.'”
He also talked a about the day of the crash, as well as how his children helped him through his depression.
Ch-ch-check out the emotional interview (below) and let us know if you think Barker’s on the right path to staying healthy!
