Star Wars Superfan Daniel Fleetwood’s Final Resting Place Was Inspired By Darth Vader

What a great idea!

Daniel Fleetwood, the terminally ill Star Wars superfan who got to see The Force Awakens early — and sadly passed away shortly after — is getting another wish granted.

While his wife, Ashley, helped him see Episode VII, his brother-in-law will make his final wish a reality.

Ashley’s brother — who is an engineer — designed an urn that’s an exact replica of Darth Vader’s lightsaber!

Ashley revealed that the villain was Daniel’s favorite character, and that he thought the lightsaber was a “great idea.”

Daniel’s brother-in-law hopes to have the project done before his celebration of life on November 21, but if something happens then the family has a backup plan — a ceramic Death Star!

We think this is absolutely amazing, and we’re sure Daniel would be happy knowing the force will always be with him.
