As witnessed in the new KUWTK season 11 trailer, Khlo├â┬⌐ Kardashian is more dedicated than ever to staying in shape. The reality TV star’s killer diet and workout regime have a lot to do with her being able to stay on track with her weight loss goals!
In her new lifestyle book Strong Looks Better Naked, Miz Kardashian shared what exactly she eats on a daily basis.
Apparently, Kris Jenner‘s daughter starts everyday at 5 a.m. with a “huge glass of water” and a cup of coffee. Next, the blonde beauty takes on a two hour, grueling work out and follows it up with ANOTHER glass of water and some oatmeal. Yum!
North West‘s aunt noted that around 11 a.m. if she’s in need of a pick me up she’ll have apples with peanut butter or some nuts. Sounds delish!
The 31-year-old revealed her lunch item of choice is currently a Chinese chicken salad and again, more water. This time the glass of H20 is infused with fruits and veggies. Someone’s getting crazy!
By dinnertime, KoKo’s ready for a hearty meal of veggies and steamed fish. Lamar Odom‘s estranged wife also relayed that she has “Magic Mash-Up” from time to time which is a cauliflower side that’s similar to mashed potatoes. We need that recipe — like yesterday!
Finally, when feeling peckish, the TV personality ends her night with a bowl of fruit with plain Greek yogurt. LOVES it!
Khlo├â┬⌐’s drive to get healthy came from her self proclaimed “unhealthy relationship” with food. She explained:
“I was a mindless eater. I ate for comfort. I also ate out of boredom and habit. I ate when I was unhappy (which I’m sure many of you can relate to)…I even ate chips because I love the crunchy sound they make. And I didn’t give much thought to what I was eating, or what I was putting inside my body, except hummus, of course, which is one of my weaknesses.”
