We sure wouldn’t want to get in the ring with Jon “Bones” Jones!

On Wednesday, the MMA fighter took to Instagram to share this CRAZY before-and-after shot (above) of himself from 2013 to 2015 and the difference is unbelievable!

The AB-mazing athlete credits his new-and-improved physique to powerlifting, a workout he only picked up this summer. He captioned the incredible pic:

“Started powerlifting June 1, 2015. In just about seven months of training four days a week, my body has made a complete transformation.”

We’ll say! Lookin’ good, man!

The 28-year-old appears to have taken up Crossfit as part of his regimen, because he also used the photo-sharing site to give shout-outs to trainers at one New Mexico facility, writing:

“I want to send a sincere thank you to @mr_nfp @nez_hoover @zia_nfp for being such an amazing program and pushing me to this new level of fitness.”

But is there more to this story than just #fitnessgoals?

The UFC fighter made sure to mention that he’s training for a “win” next spring, referencing what appears to be next year’s big match against his rival — and current light-heavyweight champ — Daniel Cormier, adding:

“Off season 2013 vs off season 2015. Five more months to prepare for this win. I’ll be sure to be at my best April 23rd #NewLevels” ├»┬┐┬╝
