Nothing better than a world record!
Remember the story about the 2015 World Rubik’s Cube champion who solved the infamous puzzle in an unbelievable 5.695 seconds?!
Pssshhhhh…. that’s nothing!!! A 14-year-old boy named Lucas Etter just set the world record for the fastest Rubik’s Cube finish ever — in under five seconds!!
Etter was at the River Hall 2015 Competition in Clarksville, Maryland, when he sat down at his table to solve the cube, and exactly 4.904 seconds later became a world record holder!
Ch-ch-check out Lucas’ quick hands AND his adorable celebration with friends (below):
Low key, though, the best part? This kid:
Now… how fast can U solve a Rubik’s Cube?? Under 4.90 seconds for the new world record, or, um, under 4.90 years like us?! Ha!!
