One can’t argue that Kendall Jenner has an AMAZING bod!
In a recent confessional, Kenny revealed how she keeps her model tummy flat and her physique toned for photoshoots. Obviously, we we were all ears!
According to Jenner, she avoids starchy foods like pasta (shocker!) while also taking in a few kickboxing classes with fellow fashionista Gigi Hadid. In fact, the reality star met up with Gigi for kick boxing sesh right before she walked the Victoria’s Secret runway! The gorgeous gal confessed:
“When I’m in New York City, I like boxing at Gotham Gym. I did it last time I was in New York and it kicked my a– because I hadn’t gone in almost a year! When I’m in Paris or London I’ll just work out in the hotel gym. It would be really easy to be lazy about it when I’m traveling, but then I wouldn’t have the tone or definition that I want.”
But wait, why does K.J. have to work out so hard if she’s only 20-years-old? Shouldn’t Ken’s metabolism be at its peak right now? The runway expert explained:
“To be honest, I could probably be lazy and not work out and still look the same ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ but I’m not like that. I’ve always been really active. I like to work out to feel better about myself. I do a lot of photo shoots with my stomach showing, and it just feels better to know that I can wear a crop top ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ or nothing, lol ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ at a last-minute shoot and not be worried about it. It’s all about feeling good about my body and being confident at work.”
What a good mindset. Just because Kendall can be lazy, it doesn’t mean she should.
Oh, and as for that delicious yet pesky pasta, the beauty revealed:
“I looove pasta, but it definitely makes me feel tired, which I don’t like. I usually start my day with eggs, avocado, and oatmeal. I just feel better if I eat better!”
Preach, girl! Staying fit isn’t complicated… it just takes a lot of will power!
