Khlo├â┬⌐ Kardashian is a woman on a mission after having not been in a gym for nearly two months — and the reality TV star says she’s bound and determined to get back on track with her exercise regimen!
The bombshell and occasional TV host was spotted over the weekend hitting SoulCycle in El Lay (above), the start of what she assured her fans would be a long road back to that amazing bod we’ve all drooled over in the recent past!
This picture was taken on September 27th. Not that long ago, right?!?! I have not worked out since the beginning of October due to a slew of reasons. It’s crazy, how just in that short amount of time how your body can change. I NEED the gym in my life!!! Lol My mind and body don’t respond well without the gym!! All this health focus — as well as the “slew of reasons” the TV personality has been off her exercise regimen lately — no doubt must be somewhat related to Lamar Odom.
Here’s to her getting back on track with an exercise kick!
And even more importantly, good thoughts to her and Lam as they continue to fight their respective serious medical conditions!
