Fast & Furious Costars Vin Diesel & Tyrese Pay Tribute To Paul Walker On The Second Anniversary Of His Death

Tyrese and Vin Diesel remember Paul Walker

Another year has passed since Paul Walker‘s 2013 car crash that resulted in his untimely and tragic death.

The late actor’s Fast & Furious costars Vin Diesel and Tyrese Gibson took to social media on Monday to honor their “brother” they unexpectedly lost.

Diesel — who also named his baby girl born in March, Pauline, after his friend — took to Facebook saying:

“No matter where you are in this universe… You will always be, my brother.”

On Instagram, he shared a sweet moment between the two:

Tyrese also remembered the California native with an emotional message alongside an image of the pals on set:

“It’s still not easy…… 2 years ago today… We lost our brother….. Today I’m just gonna lay low and process….. Clarity through Prayers and perspective is what I always seek and pray for…. With a heavy heart I post this….. Please continue to pray for the Walker family and his real friends who was with him every single day…. They’re some of the best and strongest people I know…… I know you’re in heaven smiling and rooting for us all….. #RIH ( Rest in heaven)”

So so sad.

It seems like yesterday we lost one of our favorite actors.

The heartthrob was survived by his 17-year-old daughter Meadow Walker, who has been fighting for justice in her father’s death ever since the accident.

Most recently, Walker’s father filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche claiming that the Carrera GT involved in the crash lacked safety features that potentially could have saved his son’s life.

Only time will tell if something was indeed wrong with the vehicle, or if the accident was merely caused by excessive speed. In the meantime, our thoughts goes out to all of Paul’s loved ones during this very difficult time.
