Tia Mowry is NOT pregnant everyone — she’s just happy!
In response to fans who’ve recently commented on Tia’s fuller figure, the actress penned an amazing PSA about body shaming in the entertainment industry and called for her followers to be more “supportive” of each other. In a nutshell, girl SHUT DOWN negative comments about her hot bod!
The momma explained:
“I just looked at my Instagram and someone was insinuating that I’m pregnant again. Guys, I’m not pregnant, I am just happy, and I’ve gained these extra 10, 15 lbs. because of my cooking show I’m just enjoying life, and when I want to drop the pounds I will, but right now I’m happy with who I am!”
We totally get that, T.M.! We’d gain a few extra pounds too if we made delicious meals like this one:

Further elaborating on her points, the gorgeous gal added:
“It’s pretty unfortunate. We live in a society that is so obsessed with being perfect. Why can’t we just be us? Someone even wrote on my Instagram today, ‘Looks like you’ve picked up a little weight. I hope you lose it. I want you to lose it.’ It’s like, really? Why would you say that? Why do you feel the need to say that?”
Hmm, it sounds like Mowry and Gigi Hadid could be best of friends! Remember when Gigi wrote an epic message about body acceptance a few months ago?
The twin ended her PSA with these kind words:
“We need to be more supportive with body images, especially women, showing that all sizes are beautiful. I’m talking about in magazines, advertisements, in regards to what’s sexy and not sexy. We all need to be a little more supportive of each other.”
Wise sentiment! Even the Instagram fans agree:
“No idea why people are saying she looks pregnant. She said she isn’t. Her figure is flawless. I’m so sick of ‘body shaming’ as people call it now a days.. beautiful girl├░┼╕╦£┬ì├░┼╕╦£┼á”
So sweet. We’re glad to see Tia is getting a lot of support.
What do YOU think of the message?
