Kris Jenner is officially off the chain.
In the latest installment of Kris’ wild and crazy antics, the momager made the official move to trademark the phrase, #proudmama. Jenner claims she has used the term for branding products for years now and she’s asking a judge to formally give her credit.
Translation: prepare to get sued, all you proud mamas out there! There’s only room for one #PROUDMOMMA in THIS town!
Here’s what Kris is gunning for — the reality star wants to trademark the phrase for “advertising purposes” so other companies can’t profit off her genius. While the 60-year-old isn’t planning to go after some rando #proudmomma on social media, she will most likely sue big brands who use her term for profit.
But wait, what about K.J.’s blonde kounterpart, her protege, Yolanda Foster? Is the model planning to follow Kris’ business acumen with her own inventive and inspiring hashtag, #proudmommy? Check out the evidence (below)!

If y’all can’t tell, Yol is one #PROUDMOMMY. Let’s just say we definitely foresee another trademark case down the line!
So, what do YOU think of Kris’ latest legal maneuver?
