Adele has had quite the comeback not only in her career but in her KILLER post-baby body too!
Recently, the Hello singer opened up about how she got her new svelte figure — and it has all to do with cutting out tea! Wait, really?
“I used to drink 10 cups a day with two sugars in each so I was on 20 sugars a day. Now I don’t drink it and I have more energy than ever.”
Whoa! Well color us impressed.
Though the hitmaker may be reducing her sugar intake, that doesn’t mean she shies away from indulging every now and then. In her recent Rolling Stone interview, she explained that she rarely “deprives” herself of treats.
Despite her disdain for the gym, the 27-year-old certainly tries to make fitness a part of her routine. At the time, she noted:
“I’m not, like, skipping to the f*cking gym. I don’t enjoy it. I do like doing weights. I don’t like looking in the mirror. Blood vessels burst on my face really easily, so I’m so conscious when I’m lifting weights not to let them burst in my face. And if I don’t tour, you’ll catch me back down at the Chinese!”
HA! Whatever you’re doing it is DEFINITELY working.
We can only imagine running after her three-year-old son Angelo probably helps the British beauty stay fit too! Keep doing you girl.
